Breathwork isn’t just for yoga teachers or monks.
It can be for you too. And it’s really easy.
Breathwork can be an extremely powerful tool for reducing stress. It has been the number one way for me to cut cortisol and really make my day better. It’s something you have to try to understand.
I’ve been starting my day with a quick 8 minute box breathing session.
Box breathing is the technique that has you breath in for a 4 count, hold for a 4 count, breath out for a 4 count, and hold for a 4 count.
In 4, hold 4, out 4, hold 4
You can even extend the exhale to 5 or 6 seconds for some extra relaxation.
